About Us · Since day one, built right Two decades of
building right.

Marcos J & I Construction brings more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience to every project. We manage the full job — planning, scheduling, trades and finishes — with our own crews for framing, concrete, electrical, plumbing and drywall.

Homeowners and business owners from San Mateo to San Jose choose us for the same reasons: clear estimates, honest communication, clean job sites and work that’s guaranteed.

Our mission: build it right, the first time.

The team behind the work.

For more than 20 years, I’ve built this company on one simple rule: treat every project as if it were my own home. When we give you our word, we keep it — and every job is guaranteed.

Twenty years. One standard.

The milestones that shaped the company — and the way we still work on every project today.

Peace of mind, in writing.
